Stable Housing ARC Raiders: Safe Code 2746, Blueprint Location, Rewards & Complete Quest Guide

The Stable Housing ARC Raiders quest drops you into Stella Montis with a locked safe waiting at the end of it. Most raiders stall on the fourth floor, hunting for a prompt that never appears. The fix takes seconds once you know where to look. Here is the full run. Our related guide, Sinners Road Bench Fix, goes further into this.

Stable Housing ARC Raiders sits late in Tian Wen’s quest chain, and it wants one clean raid out of you. Find the safe. Read a note. Carry a set of blueprints back to Speranza without dying on the stairs.

The safe sits on the third floor of the Security Bridge, north of the Stella Montis lobby, and the code is 2746. Inspect the note board right of the doorway to learn it. Open the safe, take the Project Heartwood Blueprints, then extract through the subway stairs downstairs.

Key takeaways

  • The code is 2746, and it does not change between players or raids.
  • The access card printer on floor four is scripted to fail. Let it.
  • Both the note board and the safe live on the third floor, not the fourth.
  • All objectives must land in a single raid, so extract before you log off.
  • Rewards are five Seeker Grenades, five Lure Grenades, and a Snap Hook.

What to pack before you queue

What to pack before you queueWhat to pack before you queue

Nothing about this run demands a top loadout. Survivability and one protected inventory slot matter far more than firepower.

  • An Augment that grants a Safe Pocket. Looting Mk. 2 or better is ideal.
  • A mid-tier weapon you can afford to lose, with light ammo for Pop Rollers.
  • Two healing items at minimum, since Stella Montis is stingy with medical loot.
  • A spare shield if you have one, because the Lobby draws heavy player traffic.

Stable Housing ARC Raiders walkthrough, step by step

Run these in order. Skipping the printer will leave the objective stuck, because the game wants you to watch it break first.

  1. Queue into Stella Montis with the quest active and move toward the Lobby in the northeast corner of the map.
  2. Clear the Fireballs and Pop Rollers in the Lobby before you climb. They follow you up stairwells otherwise.
  3. Take the stairwell on the east side of the Lobby up to the third floor of the Security Bridge.
  4. Look for the side room opposite the stairs with a large painted 3 on the wall. A safe sits on the desk in the back right corner, with an android head on top.
  5. Climb to the fourth floor and use the Access Card Printer in the control room beside the stairs. It jams.
  6. Head back down one floor. Inspect the note board wedged between the wall and the terminal, just right of the doorway.
  7. Enter 2746 on the safe, take the Project Heartwood Blueprints, and move them into your Safe Pocket immediately.
  8. Extract, then hand the blueprints to Tian Wen back in Speranza.

Finding the Security Bridge on Stella Montis

Stella Montis is the fiddliest map in  Stable Housing ARC Raiders. Tight corridors, poor light and close spawns make it easy to lose your bearings two minutes in. Pull the map up often.

The Lobby sits in the northeast. You can reach the upper levels by the stairwell on its east side, or by riding a zipline up if one is running. Some players confuse the Security Bridge with the Security Checkpoint, which is a separate keyed loot room in the same part of the map. The checkpoint has nothing to do with this quest.

New to this map? Our wider ARC Raiders game guide covers extraction, crossplay and the update schedule. The base game runs $39.99, and Stella Montis costs nothing extra on top of that.

Why the access card printer never works

Why the access card printer never works

Nothing is broken on your end. Floor four’s printer is written to jam halfway through the job, and that failure flips the objective to the “find another way in” stage. Skip the printer entirely and the safe often refuses to open, which is the same problem seen from the other side.

Unlocking the quest through Tian Wen

This job does not show up on day one. It arrives well down Tian Wen’s list, after his earlier deliveries and photo runs. Stella Montis also has to be unlocked on your account.

The short version of the path in front of it:

  • Snap and Salvage, which sends you to photograph rovers and search a security room.
  • With A View, Shani’s Rotary Encoder job on the same map.
  • Stable Housing, which then appears from Tian Wen.

What the rewards are actually worth

Grenades are handy. The Snap Hook is the real prize. Console raiders will find the game high in our best PS5 games of 2026 roundup, and gear like this is part of the reason.

Mistakes that cost people the run

Mistakes that cost people the run

Four things account for nearly every failed attempt at this quest.

  • Searching the fourth floor for the note. The board is on floor three, in the same room as the safe.
  • No Safe Pocket. That slot only exists if you have an Augment equipped, and the free loadout Augment grants none. Looting Mk. 2 takes you to two slots, its Epic version to three.
  • Dying mid quest. Some players who die after starting the objectives return to a safe room with no interaction prompt, then have to reload or restart the chain.
  • Fighting the stairwell. Ledges and grapple angles in the Security Bridge are awkward on keyboard, and a pad handles them better. Our picks for the best controller for PC are worth a look if you raid here often.

Picking your extraction

Stable Housing ARC Raiders: Subway stairs to the north on the bottom floor sit closest to the Security Bridge, so most raiders head straight for them. That also makes them the obvious camping spot. With raid time to spare, the Airshaft is the safer call, because attackers can only reach it down a couple of approaches. Loading Bay and the Raider Hatch both work too. Surrendering still counts as a finish, and your Safe Pocket contents come home either way.

What Project Heartwood actually is

What Project Heartwood actually is

Those blueprints are not a fetch item with a name bolted on. Project Heartwood was a research program built to slow or outlast the ecological collapse. Its work ran from earthquake-resistant housing near The Blue Gate to brine-based batteries. None of it reached production.

MANTIKOR pulled the funding and pushed it into the Exodus Initiative instead. Power from the Alcantara Dam went to the spaceport, and swathes of the Buried City went dark. Much of the research stayed classified. That quest title lands differently once you know the safe holds plans for houses nobody ever built.

FAQ

What is the safe code?

2746. It is static, so it works on every account and every raid. You still need to inspect the note board for the objective to tick over, even if you already know the digits.

How long does Stable Housing ARC Raiders take?

A clean run takes ten to fifteen minutes if you know the route. Budget a full raid anyway, since other squads push the Lobby hard.

Can you complete it solo?

Yes. Solo is arguably easier here, because the Security Bridge is quiet compared to Medical Research and you can move without waiting on a squad.

Do you lose the blueprints if you die?

Only if they are in your normal inventory. Anything in a Safe Pocket auto-extracts on death, which is why you should move the blueprints the moment the safe opens.

Can you do the objectives across two raids?

No. The printer, the note and the safe all have to happen in one trip, and the blueprints have to leave with you.
Set the quest active, pack a Safe Pocket Augment, and go straight up the east stairwell. Ten minutes later you should be walking back to Tian Wen with a Snap Hook waiting on the other side.
